Course Description:

This course is for people who want to develop the knowledge and skills to work in management across a range of business and organisational settings. The student will study workforce planning, staff recruitment and performance management, operations, risk and customer service management, as well as developing their project skills and ability to manage their own work priorities and professional development.

 

Entry Requirements:

• Have completed Year 12 (HSC) or AQF qualification (Certificate IV in Business or equivalent).
• Academic IELTS 5.5 overall, no less than 5.0 in each band or upper intermediate or EAP from approved ELICOS/ESL centre.
• 18 years or above
• Applicants with no formal qualification and who can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience can be considered
