Course Description:
This course provides skill competencies in exercising initiative in a business environment, including organising workplace information, delivering and monitoring a service to customers, supporting the implementation of occupational health and safety policy and procedures, designing and developing business documents, creating and using databases, creating and delivering presentations and organising meetings and schedules.
Entry Requirements:
- Have completed Year 12 (HSC) or AQF qualification (Certificate III in Business or equivalent)
- Academic IELTS 5.5 overall, no less than 5.0 in each band or upper intermediate or EAP from approved ELICOS/ESL centre.
- 18 years or above
- Applicants with no formal qualification and who can provide evidence of relevant and sufficient work experience can be considered
